This week Have a Heart has a very friendly gal up for adoption. Haley, a two year old Lab mix, was brought to the shelter from one of the local city pounds. Haley is one of the sweetest dogs I’ve ever come across and she never has a complaint. What makes Haley so unique is she’s blind. The vet says Haley’s loss of vision is a neurological issue. As one would know, Haley is really no different from a dog with vision. She gets along well with people and dogs. Haley avoids the bright sunlight, but she enjoys laying under a shade tree taking in all the sounds and smells of the outdoors. Do you have a special place in your heart for this very loving dog?
