Happy Spring everyone! What a great time to grow your family with a new furbaby (or two) and we’ve got just the ticket for you!

Hi! My name is Huey. I am a handsome one-year-old male terrier mix. My coat is short and white with some black spots.
I am a sweet guy who was found as a stray on Push Mountain Road in Norfork several weeks ago. My owners could not be found so I came to Have A Heart.
I weighed in at 38 pounds and am a bundle of energy. So far, I like it here at the Shelter; the volunteers are all very good to me and keep telling me I am a very good boy! They even have been trying to teach me to walk on a leash. I have always run loose, but they feel that isn’t safe for me being so close to the highway here.
The other dogs are nice to me and I have been making some new friends. These people are really serious about finding me a good home. It feels so good to be loved!
They have already given me all my vaccines, neutered me, and tested me to make sure I don’t have those icky heartworms. I have never been through anything like this before, but I can tell you they really want me to find a home where I can have my very own people! Could that be you??

Tracker came to the Shelter in February 2024 with his brother. We estimated he was born around March 2020. He was adopted in June of 2024 but recently abandoned, was rescued again and, luckily, made his way back to us via his microchip.
Tracker is a super sweet, chill guy and isn’t very vocal. He’s a gorgeous red tabby who loves to be petted but does get nervous if picked up (he prefers paws on the ground).
He is currently looking for a new furever home where someone will love and cherish him forever, not just a little while and then abandon him again.
If you’d like to meet Huey, Tracker, or any of our other adoptables, please call Have A Heart at 870/449-7387 or stop by the Shelter located at 657 Highway 202 West in Yellville during our normal business hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am to 3 pm. Hope to see you soon!
