Hello, I’m Ginger. I’m about a 3 year old, Cur mix. I love people; especially ones who comfort me during thunderstorms. You see, that’s how I found my way to Have a Heart. One afternoon, in April, it was storming so bad, I was terrified and ran..thankful the shelter door was open (literally).
I have a favorite spot, located on my tummy, that I love to get rubbed. It feels so good! I get along great with other dogs, cats, and all the people here at the shelter. I walk well on a leash and I’m crate trained. Oh, and I really like car rides.
I would like a house full of soft beds, people who would love to give me tummy rubs and yummy treats! I thought I was a Forever Dog, but my owner(s) has not come to claim me and I would rather not spend my time in the shelter during another thunderstorm. I need comfort! Can you give me that comfort?
