We have the Shelter decorated for Christmas. The tree is up, the stockings are hung and now we are waiting for Santa to visit. We are certain every dog and cat in the Shelter has asked Santa for a home for Christmas.
This week we are featuring puppies that are looking for their forever homes. There are three remaining, one boy and two girls. They are 3 months old, and we believe them to be terrier mix. We believe they will be mid-sized dogs. They are cute as can be, are learning to walk on a leash and love to play. They are not housebroken, but they are pretty clean for puppies. When we take them outside, they often potty, so there is hope they will be easily housebroken. If you have room in your home and your heart, these pups would love to have a home for Christmas.
Is anyone out there looking for the perfect little, male cat? Ratchet was born on July 15th to a stray mama in an outbuilding of one of our Shelter friends. He is white with grey markings. If you want a cat that you can hold, let him make air biscuits and snuggle up with on a wintry night, he would absolutely be the perfect, sweet little boy. He really wants his own home and is ready to go. He will make an awesome addition to any family.
Please keep all our Shelter animals in your thoughts and prayers this Christmas. They are sweet, deserving animals who want a new home and people to love them. If you would like to stop buy to drop off pet toys, food or just to say Hi! They would love to see you. We are open Wednesday thru Saturday from 9 until 3. Merry Christmas to you from all your Shelter Friends.
