By the time this appears in print, Have A Heart will be wrapping up its second three-day Low Cost Spay and Neuter Clinic of 2023. We will report on the numbers of cats and dogs that were responsibly sterilized during that clinic in next week’s article. We are so appreciative of those “pet parents” who help us do the right thing to reduce the numbers of unwanted and/or abandoned fur babies!

Hi there! I’m a senior citizen and my name is Buddie. Are you a senior citizen, too? Maybe looking for a companion? We could be a perfect match!
I’m about 9 ½ dog years old, but I’m young at heart. I weigh in at 36 pounds and I’m in good shape (for an old guy) because my former people have always taken very good care of me, but they can’t any more. I like taking leisurely walks, long naps, and just hanging out with nice people who love us “mature” dogs.
I am a beagle mix with a great personality and good house manners. I get along with other dogs and cats. Because I am such a special guy, the Shelter offers a senior citizen discount on dogs like me. Why don’t you stop by and meet me? I will be very happy to see you and, maybe, we can become best friends.
Hello, I’m Felina! My siblings and I were dumped at the Shelter door one night by someone who was throwing us away. Just like the folks who saved us, we don’t understand how or why someone would do that. Nevertheless, we are all so cute and my siblings have already been snatched up. Now I need somebody to see me so that I can get my own furever home!
I’m an adorable two-month-old female and they tell me my coloring is called “torbie.” That means I have tortoiseshell coloring and a tabby coat pattern. Aren’t I adorable? I just know you will want to come meet me!
