Hello to all our animal-loving readers out there! We’ve got a couple of real cuties to share with you this week and we hope we’ll find their perfect people and furever homes!
First up is Skipper!
Skipper is a handsome Blue Heeler mix. Like most Heelers, Sipper is curious, lovable, and full of energy. He came to Have A Heart last summer and has made remarkable progress in obedience and socialization with other dogs, although he’s still a little too busy to befriend cats.
Skipper’s a bit larger than your average Heeler and will need a good-sized fenced yard to play and run off that extra energy. He has done well with children and small dogs during his vacations away from the shelter. Skipper has waited long enough and he thinks (and we agree!) that it’s his time to find his perfect home and person or people. Could that be you??
And here is Chantilly!
Chantilly is a sweet buff tabby with white kitty. She was found on the streets in Bull Shoals with another cat. We had them both on a stray hold and posted them online in case they belonged to someone but no one came forward.
Chantilly arrived at the Shelter on Valentine’s Day this year. She’s about a year old and, when she came in, we noticed she was ear tipped so she was likely spayed as part of an outdoor cat colony when she was very young. She is a bit shy at first but she is also lovable and calm. Maybe you could be her belated furever Valentine?
If you’d like to meet Skipper, Chantilly, or any of our other adoptables, please call Have A Heart at 870/449-7387 or stop by the Shelter located at 657 Highway 202 West in Yellville any time during our normal business hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am to 3 pm. We look forward to seeing you!
